The International Jumping Riders Club (IJRC), in partnership with the FEI, launched a major new initiative to recognize the world’s best rider according to the Rolex Rankings.

Starting at the 2009 Rolex IJRC Top 10 Final in Paris, the leading rider will wear a Green & Gold armband featuring the word's, “Number 1, The Rolex Rankings”, at FEI Jumping events throughout 2010.

FEI DELAYS IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW
PROHIBITED SUBSTANCES LIST TO 5 APRIL 2010
The FEI has announced that the FEI Bureau has passed a
Resolution delaying implementation of the new Equine Prohibited Substances List
and the accompanying Equine Anti-Doping and Controlled Medication Regulations
until 5 April 2010. This Resolution has been passed in order to allow for broader
debate and consultation on the policy change approved at the recent FEI General
Assembly regarding the restricted use of a small number of non-steroidal antiinflammatory
drugs (NSAIDs).
