DEAR MEMBERS,
1. THIS FEDERATION IS TRYING TO EXPAND THE POOL OF JUDGES IN THE COUNTRY.
2. ANY MEMBER INTERESTED TO BE A 'SHADOW JUDGE' IN THE FORTHCOMING COMPETITIONS IS REQUESTED TO APPLY TO THE NF ALONGWITH HIS/HER EQUESTRIAN BACKGROUND.

In order to be a candiadte judge or aspire to be a judge Certain criteria and guidelines need to be in place.
1.In order to judge at any level the candidate should have himself/herself participated in a level higher than the one they intend to judge or become judges, with at least over 60% in minimum two competitions at the higher level or alternately scored over 63% at the same level.This could be at Regional level for regional judges and national level for judges aspiring to judge at National level and same for international level.
This is a system followed worldwide by a lot of federations and the earlier we resort to this system the better it will be for the standard of judging,for Dressage sport.And for the riders bcause the judges who have been through the system of getting higher marks will be conversant in how to award them as well
